2008 faces

Our faces 1 year ago 11/2008. Over the year in 2008 we enjoy many trips with the kids such as the oakland and sf zoos, disneyland, san diego, sf academy of science, etc. Shopping new clothes for kids and ourselves. Xmas gift exchange and red envelopes exchanges. Speaking of that it is almost time again.

Looking back one year ago does seem so long. But looking at the kids a day, week, a month is a long time. I remember Summer felt like it lasted forever. in this picture Jayden was 10 months; Kaitlyn was still a baby. She still is and will always be. Spend as much time as possible with them as they don't stay young forever.

The cablecar came to a rest stop at the end of California street.
we hopped on to talk to the drivers whom have been working on cable car lines for many years. The kids got comfortable
and explored around; they even rang the cablecar bell.
Picture taken when as they were peeking out the window.
We all get a free ride on california line and back. Thanks to the cablecar drivers.

Giant red balls

On the way to grandma's house we passed by the financial district of SF. It was on a Saturday in Nov '08. Traffic was light and most stores were closed as was a weekend on Turkey day. A bus dropped off about 20 tourist a little after we arrived; a few minutes later they were bused away.

Not realizing what the red balls were on display, we got up close and were amazed of these red balls were giant ornaments.
The actual location is 101 California street, SF. It's a great place for taking pictures!

We climbed up three platforms to get to the top. Jayden stayed close to mommy as he enjoyed the view around. Sister pointed to a cablecar coming down the hill. We love this picture!
